Shipping and Refund policies
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
Please note our shipping policy as follows:
- We currently deliver to more than 500 cities across India. Our shipping and delivery lead times vary by destination, and the typical lead times are as shown below
|Mumbai||1-2 working days|
|U.P/West Bengal||6-8 working days|
|Rest of India||2-3 working days|
|Rest of world||7-10 working days|
In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within specified working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.
We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
· Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations, and Export norms
In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same
Shipping charges are actual, and we do not charge extra.
Return and Refund policy
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging..
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or through NEFT/RTGS
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
