Role	Description
Manufacturing Process Engineer ( 1-2 years of Experience) Qualification: BE in EEE, ECE, BME	Responsible for development and Implementation of Manufacturing Process Optimisation of Current Processes, Maintainence of Process Documents Perform Risk Assessment for Process Change and Optimisation Test Develop SOP and Process Validation
Senior Quality Engineer ( 4- 5 years of Experience)	Responsible for leading Quality team of 3 members Responsible for handling Incoming, In- Process and Final Quality team with the support of the team members. Implementation of Robust Quality systems in manufacturing process.
Component Engineer - Validation and Verification ( 1- 4 Year of Experience preferred ) Qualification: BE in EEE, ECE, BME	Responsible for Monitoring, identifying and resolving all lifecycle issues Analysing and development of solutions inorder to resolve obsolete component issues and perform component level tests. Perform various tests and evaluation on component assemblies and analsye all failures. Management of communication with distributers and manufacturers Administration of ECR Database and maintainence of log of requests and resolve the same Coordination with engineering staff on evaluating and resolving manufacturing issues and documentation of procedures according to company standards. Evaluation of all design , testing performance on devices and ensuring the compliance to all International Electrical Emission
Quality Engineer ( 1 -2 years of Experience ) Qualification: BE in EEE, ECE, BME	Customer related quality issues' first hand information to be initiated, documented and maintained Responsible for reporting customer quality issues and held responsible for intimation of the goods delay to the customer. Customer Quality issues such as oral , mail , courier goods) to be reported in CQ report and CQE register. Rectification of the customer quality issues within 3 days and to schedule for dispatch. Depending upon the severity / occurence of the customer quality issues, the CAPA to be initiated and documented by CQE personnel and maintained by CQE personnel. Testing reports and activities are to be done and maintained by CQE personnel. Preparation and maintenance of product quality documentation based on ISO standards and specifications. Providing assistance in new product development activities inorder to quality issues.
